Getting to Know God reveals the process all people who are
free to make their own choices engage to establish their personal meaning and
relevance for life through their intentional and sometimes seeming incidental connections.
Men and women are designed for connection from before unborn
children emerge developing in the womb until long after life is complete. Our
relevance is established in our connections with ourselves, others, and the
world around us.
Readers of Getting to Know God will discover the seven developmental
phases of Getting to Know God is identical to the way we get to know ourselves
and each other. They include:

side by side with how you get to know people. Finally, discover why you lean on
God when nothing else is making sense, when people important to you break the
rules and your heart, and you do not know what to do.
The goal of Getting to Know God is to put the experience of
living in functional perspective. This is necessary to engage life at every age
and stage of development achieving the highest level of functional and productive
mental, physical, and spiritual health.
